Session fees are payable by Interac e-transfer (to be received prior to the start of session).

Our services are usually covered by extended health benefits. Please confirm whether Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) and Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC) are covered under your benefits plan prior to booking an appointment.

We will provide a receipt that you can use for extended health reimbursement.

Please provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, it takes up the spot of another client who could have had the chance of being seen. As such, the full fee of the session is charged for missed appointments or late cancellations, except for emergencies or extenuating situations. Your appointment will still need to end on time if you are late for your appointment.

CVAP assists victims, immediate family members and some witnesses in coping with the effects of violent crime. It provides financial benefits to help offset financial losses and assist in recovery. We are an approved provider offering counselling and psychotherapy services to victims and survivors, immediate family members and witnesses affected by crime.

We are an approved FNHA Mental Health Benefits Program provider.
